How does Kinesis delivery work?

We use a large network of couriers to make sure our customers receive their orders when they expect them.

Kinesis delivers to 209 countries, including all 50 states in the US. After the order is processed in the Kinesis merchandiser shop, you will receive an email order confirmation of your purchase. 

So that you can keep track of your item’s delivery, you will receive updates on your order shipment and delivery from our shipping providers.

Our delivery options include: 

  • Express Delivery 

This is a premium delivery service. We aim to deliver items with the Express Delivery service within 14 days. 

  • Standard Delivery 

Items packaged and posted with the regular delivery service should arrive within 30 days. 

What courier services do we use?

For Express Delivery, we use DHL and UPS. 

For Standard Delivery, we use Skynet and PT Pos (Indonesian national postal service).

How can I track my order?

All orders from the Kinesis shop are fully trackable. You can track your order shipment via the tracking system available on the relevant shipping provider’s website.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed on the Kinesis store, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure that you are happy with your order before purchasing.

Has your estimated delivery date already passed? 

Our couriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.

Are you returning an item?

Kinesis does not offer refunds on purchases made at the Kinesis merchandise store.
